Is anyone using/has used the Hughes 41-20 C4 torque converter? If so, what's you stall/flash speed? Weight of vehicle, gearing, engine? Thanks.

No. The torque converter is for a C4/C5 transmission with c4 valve body. This torque converter won't work with a Fordomatic, and I'm not aware of any aftermarket Fordomatic torque converters.
