Hub cap removal tips

Hi Jeff,
This slide hammer can be used to bump the cap out in a very precise, controlled manner.
The only other way I know of to remove spider caps is with a long screwdriver from behind the wheel.

Genius! I need to make one of these....

Okay - so now that we have caps off ---- How about some good installation tips!
God knows that everyone who ever laid eyes on the caps for my 33 had NO idea what they were doing.
I'm a "palm of the hand" sort of guy with most caps like ours - but some of them fit excessively tight!

Alan, that S**T is brilliant! I've been using a long 3/8 extension to pop the from the inside but you've gotta catch a corner of the cap and they can be tweaked this way (and then LOST!). Of course I don't need to explain to you!

Please forgive me if I steal your idea to create one (and only one) of my own! Thank goodness none of my 'Boys' run these (wires, ya' know) or I'd be obligated to make them one too! It's that cool!
