If anyone is in or near Beaumont tx, can you tell me if Howell is open for business? I would like to go there to pickup a large order but do not want to make a useless trip. I have not been able to get them on the phone for some time. But, the internet orders work ok.
 
Beware of Howell's. Inferior product. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. After many un-returned phone calls and E Mail I gave up. I have a worthless 1926-27 T Coupe or 1928/29 Truck door panel if anyone is interested.
 
I guess I will just have to drive the 300 miles to find out. if they are there it will be cheaper than freight.
 
I agree with Chris that Howell's sells a lot of questionable sheetmetal parts. I don't think they produce and sell any die stamped parts (they roll in stiffening ribs, etc). I guess if you have lower standards, you can buy from them and their nonexistent customer service.
