It's my understanding that 6.50 x 16.00 tires were optional on Fords in 1939. Can anyone tell me how wide the whitewalls would have been back then? Coker is selling 2.5 and 4 inch wide versions of this tire. Is this just a matter of taste?
I have listed that Coker has a 3 1/2 in.wide white for the 600-16 and the 650 is 3 3/4. on a bias. Don't know about the size for the radial. My 650s really measure 3 1/2. Matter of preference. Ken
Wow. All this guesswork. Guys, don't answer if you don't know the answer.
6.50 not available for Ford in 1939. 3.25" - 3.50" double whites or blacks. Tom, I answered your question on the EFV8 Forum.
