I have a used copy of volume 1: HOW TO RESTORE YOUR MODE A. The book is complete, all pages came out of the covers i put them back in and glued them
firm. some are misaligned, i trimmed the right edge, look sort of ok,. pages are a bit damp stained & warped, but good enough to read and very useful. Shipping is by media by your zip code, i'd guess about $5.
