sounds like lots of work for little gain, maybe it would be easier to just get a set of smaller tires! will post some more pictures once i have the 3 1/2" rims on with the 550 fronts. Thanks!

Here's my Dad's 3 window, with a Super Bell axle and front end kit from Pete & Jakes. Not exactly the same as he's running disc brakes and 15" wheels.

Check to be sure there are no spacers between your Posies spring and the front crossmember. I doubt there are any but checking won't cost much. Good luck.

A reversed eye stock spring will drop it 1 inch. Call up Posie and ask how much one of the super slide reversed eye springs will drop it. A 4 in. dropped axle will lower it 2 in. But then you need dropped steering arms and if the axle is narrower you will need to shorten you tie rod and drag link.
