I have a 1921 Dodge motor that I am working on getting freed up. Have been doing most of all that has been posted. You are right about the valves being stuck, all 4 intakes are. I also have been working with Patience, going at it a little at a time. 
Of course this motor would be stuck at top/bottom dead center!!
