How to keep the critters out ???

Tin-foil in all the open holes. Tail pipes etc...... It works great. The mice can not get through....................

Yeah! My Ch*** was stored for a long time with just a cover in a garage. They got into all kinds of places- Bell housing (torn rubber boot around clutch lever,) fan shroud (just a nice low area,) exhaust pipes, etc.

JM35, you sound like a belt and suspenders kinda guy-maybe some duct tape, too :)

Adam

Yeah Adam, LOL, I am definitely a belt and suspenders guy or whatever it takes to keep my pants up and the critters out of my cars :D.

Some other things I failed to mention on my earlier post are various types of mouse/rat traps and if everything else on the list fails.....it's load the big guns ;)

Has anyone used one of these "car bubbles?" They're supposed to be great for keeping out moisture, critters and dust... I've seen one at the local Classic car dealer here in Texas, and at one gentleman's house in Houston where I went to see a car for sale. Seems like a great solution!

I can't see that. They're just pumping in what ever air is out there- humidity, dust, whatever. I have an airy garage in New Jersey. During the winter, we often have a cold spell (say below 20F) and then, we get a warm front come up the coast with nice humid 40F air. If I go out to the garage then, it looks like it rained in there. Anything metal is soaking wet from condensation. I don't want to be pumping that kind of air into an enclosed space with a cold car in it.
