Except for:

Having twice as many valves
No Timing Pin
A Turbosupercharger
Being VERY tall
Using chains instead of gears
An Alternator
A small oil pump and electronic distributor NOT run off of the center of the camshaft
A lot of Cladding

it looks exactly like a 1930 A Model.

Nice animation, but same old problem. No imbalance countershaft, so it will still have the characteristic I-4 shake. Overengineered torsion snubbing engine mounts will mask most of it. The low tech version of those mounts were called Float-A-Motors!
