hi I own a 1929 briggs leather back all of the door close good except for the right front door is about a 1/4 inch low and the bottom of the door does not fit close to the center post.I am wondering about the right door bottom hinge it seem a little wider than the other hinges on the car. If there is any one that could suggest any way to correct this problem I could use your the help thanks in advance

Or if someone could also just post general information on how to better align their doors to close properly, that would be nice too.

My car not painted yet. Doors were all sagging from years of kids hanging off them. I used cut off bolts and put them in between the the hinges and closed the door spreading the hinges back out to where the doors fit and close perfectly. Rear doors were much harder than front but I did not have to remove any of them to fix it.

Henry , at the top of the page is a Sticky thread that says model A websites .

Go there and look for some sites that have this Tech info you need .

I am not sure which site but its on that page , along with everything A.

I like to think of that thread as the model A bible .
