Mike, The JSC doesn't explain to the Membership. They listen, study, debate, decide, and report to the Board.
 
It's a good thing my car ain't "Concourse Ready", because I don't have an electric fuel pump.;)

Just guessing here.. and no offense Kube.. but maybe because the quality of gas is pure SH%T these days.. In Calif we are stuck with 15% ethanol or maybe even higher! Unless all concourse & dearborn class are trailer queens... my car isn't & will never be a trailer queen (long live Old Henry forever!).

I love to drive my car... and after wrapping the fuel line, adding a heat shield, my car still got vapor lock even in mild weather! :eek:
