How does multi quote work?

I click on it and nothing happens?

Is it supposed to allow for multiple quotes from difference posts in the same thread or allow for a quote in the post along with the answer in the same post?

Multi-Quote is a function that allows you to select multiple posts within the same thread and respond to them in one post.

To use, select multiquote on the first post you wish to respond, select multiquote for as many as you would like to respond to. On the very last post you wish to respond to, select Quote.

Then a window will open up with each post boxed. enter your response to each and then select Reply.
