How do you shift a mitchell o/d

My o/d hangs up when shifting forcing me to come to a halt then select the range I want. Either range works fine but I can't shift on the fly. Anyone else have this problem?

Thats not right. Mitchel is sincro. Call Mitchel.

I am not sure if Mitchell is synchro. It might be constant mesh. In any case, def. call Mitchell

Mitchell,s are synchro & you just push clutch in & shift. Perhaps your ajustment is out , Are you depressing the clutch or trying to shift without doing that >? otherwise call them , I love my Mitchell,s
