How do you replace the vent window rubber on a '40 Convertable??

Hi guys!

Looks like there are rivets holding the whole assembly together...

Do new rivets come in the kit?

Which kit is the best to buy?

Any help from someone who has been there and done that is much appreciated!

Its been a long time but Im almost positive my seals came from Carpenter . Best I remember they came with all the hardware to install them.
