horn wire install

Any tips for installing horn wire on A 51 FORD. There is no wire in shaft now.

It would be better to feed wire in from the bottom.

Either top or bottom feed works, but when done take a grease gun and give a couple shots from the bottom to plug the hole and repel water. Some may disagree and say any water that gets past will be stuck. I think if any gets past it would be a small amount.
If you have too much trouble mechanic wire is good for fish wire

I did mine ('49) from the bottom and it worked out ok. Didn't try from the top, so not sure how that would work out finding the hole at the bottom.
