Horn Relay?

Is that what this is?
The yellow wire goes to the horn and I'm guessing one of the other two goes back to power and the other to the button?
Horn is working fine but I'm about to change the horn so before I start touching things.....

You are correct. The one that goes to the button is a ground and the other one is power.
