Trying to finish my 46 tudor deluxe.
I am using a super deluxe horn ring.
First - new wire from ring to horn relay.
Connected battery and the horn blows continuously.
Next put insulating washers under screws that attach the ring to the connector plate. That stopped the continuous, but now can not get horn to blow at all.
It seems a pretty simple setup.
What am I missing?
