Horn not working on 51

My 51 Custom convert had a banjo wheel from Juliano's on it when I bought it. The horn worked. I replaced the wheel with a stock wheel and now the horn doesn't work. From what I can see, I have all the required parts. I have fiddled with it a bit, but still no honk. Any suggestions as to what the problem is? As far I can tell, there is contact internally. thanks.

It could be a matter of not having a good ground. You need to cleanup and polish all the bottom center of the button and the top ferrule of the horn wire that goes down the steering shaft.
