Horn mounting bracket color

On a 31, is the horn mounting bracket body color or black?

The bracket I'm referring to is mounted under the headlight and secured by the light mounting nut and lockwasher. The horn mounts to this bracket.

Bracket is same color has horn...black

It is black enamel 99% of the time.

There is, I think, a Service Letter telling of specially painted vehicles with all the same color, part wise, other than black.
