Changing to power steering cant use horn with stock steering wheel and stock column. Adapter available ? Thanks John
 
wow with all that information you may be waiting awhile.there are a few blanks that need to be filled in.
 
1960 ford F100 with stock steering column and stock steering wheel installing power steering want to use stock wheel can not use stock wheel and horn ring to make horn work is there a kit to use a adaptor and horn kit Thanks John
 
I Think you are concerned about the wire going through the steering shaft on the original column , check with mid fifty,s I have seen something about A column saver,
 
I'm assuming your question relates to the original steering box having the horn wire running thru the center of it... and now you're changing to a newer/different style power steering box without that feature. Is this correct???
I'm sure a solution has been found but I'm not familiar with it.
