Horn connection

Howdy,
Can anyone tell me the correct way to connect the horn conduit to the horn? Does it just stick up in the hole?

Yes, the cover slot should hold the end of the conduit on the horn end, and the rubber grommet should hold the conduit on the other end.

Are you using a non-stock horn? You must be if you need to cut the cover. Does the horn have 2 terminals or wires coming out of it? If it only has one wire or terminal, then you are going to run into wiring problems and will need to use a relay, or insulate the horn from ground.

The notch is 1/2" wide and 11/16" overall depth.
