Horn connection and Speedometer Cable Clip

Hey guys. I have recently started a restoration project on a '31 Roadster and have a couple of questions. I am working on the wiring and cannot figure out how the wire posts attach to the horn. I have attached a picture of what I am looking at (sorry about the quality). Am I looking in the wrong place, did somebody modify the horn, or is the answer staring me in the face?

Secondly, I was wondering what size screw is used to attach the speedometer cable clip to the firewall. I bought a clip but I have no idea what size screw/bolt to buy.

The wire with yellow comes from the battery to the horn. The other wire comes from the horn up the steering column to the horn button to the ground.

You have to take the back cover off the horn.

Once I took the cover off it was obvious. I didn't even realize that it came off...
