best way to install with 3M spray adhesive??

I use Weldwood contact cement, brush it on. Lay the pad in place, fold it back over itself, brush on that half of the insulation and the hood surface, let tack up and then unfold. Repeat for the other half. Just make sure it is where you want it because there is no turning around with this stuff!
