Fourdy Well-known member Jun 27, 2019 #1 1940 Ford rear hood hinges. Were the originals intended to have grease on the rivets. There is a thin brass type washer at each rivet. I have a used set that I feel I can refurbish them. Seems the arms should have a snug fit? Thanks, Fourdy
