Hood hinge bolts for 48 mercury

I have a 48 Mercury with an ill fitting hood at the hinges. It looks like someone used regular bolts to affix the hood to the hinges. As I recall, originally the bolts were eccentric to adjust the hood.

Is this correct? If so, does anyone know of a vendor supplying such bolts?
 
My recollection is that they are not eccentric (at least the Fords were not). I would try the usual old parts retailers.
 
Nope not eccentric but do have a shoulder that the hinge rides on. Easy to twist off when trying to tighten the hinges up. Ask me how I know.
 
Perhaps my hood doesn't fit properly because someone used regular shoulderless bolts. I hope when I find the correct ones it'll line up again.
