Hood change ?

What needs to be changed to put 41 hood on a 40 pickup ?

I think it is a bolt on as iong as you have a 1941 V8 hood. Interesed in hearing what the pros say. Tim

Hinges and props are bolt on. As Dave noted the latch mechanism is different V8 to 6cyl and must be matched to the grille. There are cutouts in the front of the 1941 hood for trim that will need to be filled for a 1940. The ornament, handle, and trim are different.
