Home made 29 Model A fire apparatus

Hopefully these picture will come up of a 29 Model A fire truck--apparatus that I spotted while traveling through Monitor, Washington. Has anyone ever seen one like this before?

I wonder if the steel wheels ever had rubber? The Steel wheels are better suited for farms. Might have been used as an irrigation pump and the "No. 1" was just kidding. Maybe brush fires?

Still, it would draw a crowd at a local cruise in.

Taking the backroads which are more interesting. Just might find something like this fire fighting apparatus!!

i'm guessing it was towed with the motor cantilevered out the back .
neat ! to see these motors as other than automobile use.
must have crank !
