Anyone every removed a stuck Holley 94 brass pump discharge valve, it sits below the pump discharge nozzle? Tearing down this carb for a rebuild and the brass valve is stuck in the well. I tried using compressed air and PB Blaster lube to no avail. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatley appreciated.

Use a center punch with a fine tip and tap it on the center top of the discharge check to make a point for a drill bit. Then use a small drill bit to drill slightly in the center of it. They usuall loosen up and spin at this point, or use a small easy out to pull it out.
A small hole on top of the check valve won't hurt anything. some carb kits have new check needles in them.

Yeah. Free up the accelerator pump piston first and fill the chamber with oil. Put the piston in and tap it with a small hammer. Hopefully the sudden shock will push out the valve.
I did this and showed it in a video.

Here it is. Crucial part at about 16 minutes in. https://youtu.be/UMiWUQyIkmg

Mart has a video for everything! I like that, Mart!

THANK YOU!!! I center punched and drilled using a #37 drill about 1/8 inch deep. I then used a small slide hammer with a sheet metal screw on the end and it pulled right out. Thank you for all the help and suggestions!
