High/low yoke shaft

I have pictured two shafts. One is a one piece arm, and the other I would say is a farmer job on the aluminum hogs head, except the end of the shaft is nicely machined. Would either be correct for the aluminum unit, and are there supposed to be two holes in the end of that shaft, or was a second added to compensate for wear? (There are two holes, side by side and slightly offset) Obviously, the shaft with the holes needs an arm on it, would it look about the same as the one piece shaft? Thanks experts.

Except for the extra hole, the shaft with the separate lever, 2 piece, should be correct for use with aluminum hogs head. Without looking it up, the 2 piece was used up to about 1916/17 off the top of my head. The arm would look about the same except the forging in the center would be bigger to compensate for having the hole through it for the shaft.
