Hideous interior

OK Sorry, but I like it too. I would not have had it done that way in the first place, but I doubt I would change it unless my eyes started to water too much.☺

I like it!!!! Than again I would.

Looking for my Hefner robe in WV
dusty

Yeah, who among you has the money/taste to argue with 'Hef' in his choice of material/color in wearing red velvet robes. I've been to his place, saw him wearing such..and the robe looked great! The owner will be laughing all the way to the bank ..reading how youse don't like his interior color (now over 15K with 2 plus days left !!).
Now my question is...how many have a 'restored' model a that IS worth more than 15K at this time:eek: !

Only problem today is, you may 'laugh all the way to the Bank' but when you put your money in their piddly savings paying a whopping one-half percent before the gov-mint takes out a third of that in tax leaving you with a net of about .34%, and inflation running four percent just gobbled THAT up 12 times over....... the bank is laughing at YOU!!!!!!! Better off to keep that Model A heck with the money.

Jeff,
Wait a minute...is that a political stmt...or is it just the facts:D !
I'd still have that red vicky in a moment if I had the green.

The Barn has missed it again, it's a chick magnet. It probably shakes, vibrate and feels real good to ride....

'Nough said,

i like the whole car ! maybe the red on red is a bit much , but very clean & looks like a good job ! ............. steve

Interior isn't bad, I don't like the exterior paint choise, black exterior and it would look fine IMO. Years ago there was a green Vicky locally that had a red interior made from the curtain in a Bridgeport, Ct. theater, sharp car, wonder were it is now?

A few thousand dollars will restore the interior. No problem.

I have turned into a purist after reading many dozens of Model A Club/Restorer magazines. Still angry that Boyd Coddington cut the roof off of that 1936 Ford Coupe on TV and made it into a Boyd Coupester (fake roadster). I was unable to catch up with him before he checked out.

I think this car has been through an immaculate restoration or maybe it should be considered a customization. One way or the other, it is a real "eye-opener". 'Course, there's some parts of town that I wouldn't want to drive it. And that could apply to almost any town........;)

Well it is well done not my choice but I would take it in a heartbeat. If I had an extra 16100.00 plus I would. As for vinyl my slant has it and for good reason IMHO. I have seven grandchildren under age 9. When they all get beyond dripping dropping spilling and letting ice cream melt in their hands not in their mouth it will get the correct interior. I want a set of 16's for my car.

I sure hope this guy isn't a regular on this board, or a lurker. How do you know it's not mine? Easy for internet ninjas to do I guess.

Let's see your interiors!

it's debatable but it may be better than the crappy 50's vinyl cover on the back seat of my tudor! and it's wayyy better than the aqua blue paisley upholstery that the vinyl covers up!

Theres 13 people so far bidding on that car. They must know something. I would guess they looked at it in person...
