Hi Comp Head

Hi, does anyone know the weight of a Model A Head?, I am attending the MAFCA Convention in Marquette and want to bring some items back to New Zealand, most items not too heavy, the head I am not sure of its weight to bring home.

Your help most appreciated

Looks like a stock head is 25# according to Tom. I don't think a hi-comp head would be much different but I have no idea.

Paul. same as a stock cast iron head unless you are going for the alloy ones, Drop them off at Kiwi shipping & they will freight for you. 23kg is all you are allowed in suit case & extra bag can be costly, Have a great trip , we are headed to Boise meet same time, Cheers Derek
