hershey

is hershey cleaned up yet? is this going to affect the swapmeet in oct? wondering if we should go. no info on aaca hershey swap meet site. you would assume that nothing serious happened there by their lack of information but why doesn`t that surprise me when they forgot to put all the ford parts vendors in their program one year.

Barry-

It is "suppose" to be a go but check this out, it may answer your question: http://blog.hemmings.com/index.php/...ding-aaca-hershey-meet-will-go-on/?refer=news

My family is going to the amusement park this Saturday. They had bought tickets in advance and wondered if the park would actually be open based on all the flooding. They called the park officials and were told the park is open for business. HERCO likes to make money. You can bet the show will go on unless some other major disaster happens between now and October 4th. However, if anyone with spaces wants to cancel out on the Hershey meet, let me know with a PM if you would want to rent your spaces.

I was in Hershey last week. There definitely was a lot of damage but they are cleaning it up rapidly. I think they will be ready in plenty of time.
