You know, I am finding "YouTube" to be an excellent source for help and instructions for lots of things. When I discovered my "new" 3 phase drill press would not run on plain old 220, I found a video there that explained everything and told what the options were. The big problem is that they also include some other things that I find interesting, and I end up spending a half hour there looking at other stuff (like the guy who put a Pratt and Whitney radial in a Volkswagen).
