HELP what does this fit (it's ford)

Can someone tell me what these seat tracks fit? They are marked 32 ford but the guy I got them from LIED so:
1 what do they fit
2 Anyone interested in them
3 Make me a fair offer

Some sellers will feel you out as to what you are working on, your age and experience, then all of a sudden he has just the very parts you need. Caveat Emptor.

Yes,, Lawson, I found an original radiator shroud for my '40 pickup at Carlyle several years ago. The only problem, I've never seen a '40 with an original shroud, and of course, it doesn't fit. I had already told the vendor what I was looking for. I had just purchased the truck and didn't know there weren't even any provision to mount one on the radiator. Dumb, huh??

When I approach a vender about a part that he has I never ask is that a widget for a 39 Ford? Instead I ask him to identify the part. Also never wear a sign or tag that states what you have. Some venders have nothing but parts for that year and make.
