Does anyone know the proper distance from the top of the roof bows to the metal roof line?? I haven't been able to find any info on it. The car didn't have any in place when I started this project and haven't been able to find a completed 36 to look at. I have attached a couple of pictures to give you and idea of what I have, right now the top of the bows set pretty much even with the front and back of the roof. It seems to me they should be higher than what I have them, any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
