Help me with this tire DOT date code.

I recently acquired a car with some nice wide whitewalls. I'm trying to figure out how old they are but the DOT code has me stymied because it doesn't follow the convention that I'm used to seeing. Here it is in its entirety:

DOT UPVV CA7054 A6L

The tire is The Untouchable by Cooper
Size G78-15

Maybe contact a Cooper distributor in your area.
Last time I saw G78's was in the 60's, Double Eagles on the back of my 32.

Yup, contacted Cooper. Turns out these tires were manufactured between 1974-1982. Old tires for sure and unsafe at any speed. They will be replaced while the car in storage this winter.
