Help ID this bracket?

Not sure what this bracket was for.

Bracket is located on the drivers side frame rail of my 1930 Fordor just after the motor mount location.

Frame is upside down in the pictures.

I have searched online and in my books and have not found anything similar.

this bracket is for the arm for the tire in the fender well
