Help id these fenders!!!!!!!

some sort of sedan fenders. have oval holes going from front of fender all the way to the back. whats wierd is the last hole on normal sedans is about a foot or so up from the bottom of the back side of the fender. on these ones the last hole in the back is about 5-6 inches away. dont know what they are. they are NOS whatever they are. maybe they arent sedan and they are just holes for a fancy trim? anything helps

They're not Model A. Maybe they fit an Oldsmobile or Pontiac from the early 30s would be my guess.
