The closest item that came up for me with a similar number string was an arm rest pad for early 70s Galaxie or maybe LTD (DOAB-5424100).
It's impossible by the numbers sometimes unless there is another form of ID like a photo. Ford made thousands of parts for each car. Add that to many different models plus mid year changes and different trim levels then a number just doesn't do it without a starting point to look for.
