Having trouble getting glass and regulator out, tried to tilt window etc, got one roller out of channel, cannot the other, any easy way other than cutting steel rivets out for glass side channels to creat more room, these are not like 40's. Also have burred screw head for the lock screw for the lock cyl, looks like I may have to grind-flatten head and then drill hole for easy out. ???????? thanks John
