Help - 1938 McCulloch Supercharger

Disassembled my unit, discovered the aluminum top housing needs surgery inside the bottom face. This is the exhaust-heated model, without the water-heated outlet on top left. Could use a replacement if any out there, or source for repairing what I have. Any help appreciated.
 
You have an early unit, probably around 1938. Finding a replacement part will be difficult and likely expensive. You will be better off having the damage repaired using TIG and then re-machined as needed. Please post some picture of the damage and tell us the model number and serial number. The numbers should be on a plate attached to the main body.
