From the Ford Shop Manual you must remove the rear glass so order a new seal for it. This video is about the closest in procedure https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0PayYCQcAg&t=840s usually the paint markings on the bows are pretty much gone after 60 years,so with masking tape make some tabs number them front to rear. In 1950's Fords the stainless trim is installed in the seal at the same time you reinstall the back glass the majority of upholstery shops will have a glass guy come in to R&R the glass.
