Headlights for 32

I need to get new sockets assemblies for my headlights. But they only have 1 light. Is that even correct? 'All Ford' shows 2 different diagrams, but in most of the catalogues I see 2 sockets; 1 for the headlight the other is for the parking lights. Is this correct? can anyone tell me where to try to purchase them? I have tried Dick Spadaro, Mac's, All Ford & they are all back ordered & each time I call the next place they are $5 more than thte last place. Can anyone give me a suggestion?

The deluxe cars had only one light bulb (with a high and low beam). The cowl lights were the parking lights on the deluxe cars. I hope someone posts a good source for sockets, if not it is time to look for some originals. Any chance yours can be saved?

Joanne,

You might check Baxter's Ford Parts, (785) 842-9256, (and others) for original sockets. Of course you will need to replace the wires but it is a place to start.
