Headlight Adjust Screws Frozen

Headlight adjust screws on my '41 coupe are frozen. Multiple applications of Gibson's and Liquid Wrench, to no avail. Also I can find no replacement screws on any of the usual sites.

Suggestions?

ACE Hardware has hard to find screws. Is there a way you could apply heat to those screws without doing damage to surrounding area?
Know anyone who has a small induction heater?
Wonder if you could make one?

You might have to drill and tap right through the head of the frozen screw.
Then install a new brass or stainless screw.

Also, use a LH drill if you have one.
