Head lite adjustment

I borrowed a LEV-L LITE MANUFACTURED. by Hopkins Mfg. from a friend. Unfortunately he does not have the instructions for it. Was hoping someone on the barn might be familiar with it or possibly have some info on how to operate it. Thanks, Rick
