Has anyone tried Speedway's friction shocks?

Has anyone tried Speedway's friction shocks? "Steel and zinc plated. Great addition for any nostalgia style rod or racer. 5-1/2" arm center to center. 4" mounting centers."

Have seen those, but interestingly all they offer is the shocks, what do you use for links, or is this a dumb question? Just wondering.

A friend has these on his coupe been there since 1964 and work well. they have balls and they use regular or dogbone style links. early racers used these because they were light and adjustable but they damp 50/50.
