I'm so proud to have served, but it's the poor bastards who couldn't/didn't return who deserve all the praise....

Some gave a little, some gave a lot, some gave all. Let us not forget the price that was paid for freedom.

37.5 years service, 19D MSG. Everything from grunt to M3A3 Bradley Cdr. Our oath of enlistment has no expiration date. Thank you all.

Another shout out to all our veterans; I listened as a fellow veteran was being greeted by school children at our Veterans Day ceremony (masks and proper distance maintained), I was struck by his reply: "You were worth it."
I trust we can all say to all Americans in this great country, to all those liberated, to all those who walk free of tyranny because of American Forces - "You were worth it."
May God continue to bless us.
