I purchased my July 1930 Standard Coupe on 11/18/1975. It originally was owned by lady in Santa Cruz, CA. I purchased it from a gentleman in Watsonville, CA and drove the coupe to my home in Los Gatos, CA. I had to return the engine as the coupes was being rebuilt by the slowest machine shop ever. The coupe spent many years uncover in a barn and the bird poop pitted the paint. The car had 37,000 miles on it and today it has 51,000 miles. I had it repainted in the early 1980’s and it still has its original gray check interior in fair condition.
Th first picture is of the Coupe in Watsonville and the second is it today.
Here is to more years of touring enjoyment !!
