They are Coker Bias ply 5.50X16. They ride really nice!
I guess that's what the 60hp cars came with.

I agree.....black wall tyres are very much a USA thing. I think they suit the big 1950's "Yank Tanks" but look somewhat like a Christmas Tree decoration on a simple Ford.

Just my opinion and doubtless I'm in for some serious flack over this ?
