Good Brake drums

Hi all,

I'm looking at replacing my brake drums on my 41 1/2 ton. The PO put new drums on it and the right front was so out of balance I ground most of the weather lip off one side and still had to add two stacked pieces 6" long of 3/8" square stock on the opposite to balance it. Can you say , JUNK ! my fix worked and made the truck drivable but I don't like it. I'm looking at the ones EFS has for $300. Any body have an opinion? Thanks, Tim

I'm a fan of the Boling Brother's drums. Made right here in the USA. Fordbarn member @Krylon32 (AKA Gary @ Cornhuskers) was offering 10% off their brake products, so may be a win/win for both of you.

X2 on the Boling Brothers brake drums. The 10% deal from Gary ("Krylon32") is great, too! Click the link BELOW!

Go Boling and you will get a strike every time.
I installed them from Gary at Cornhuskers and never looked back.
Well worth the $$. Excellent quality with zero run out.
I reused my rear FORD OEM roller bearings as I was not sure of the quality of the replacements- "soft cages". Perhaps things have improved since 1999.
